I am still reviewing the best course of action. As my barn has deteriorated to the point that it might be better off to tear it down and start over. Roy gave me excellent recommendations.

      Had a new metal roof put on last year and tried to get local contractors guys didn't show up or didn't call back. But made one call to Panda Roofing and they were out in 3 days with in 3 weeks I had my new roof. I will use them again for other work.

      I received quotes from a few roofing companies around my area, all came and all did inspections. Panda was very thorough and explained everything in professional and layman’s terms to my wife and I. Price wasn’t a huge difference between all of the companies, we just went with the one that we felt good about after inspection. It was very interesting hearing what differing companies said, and those differences were important. They started the roof just a couple of weeks after agreed when we had a nice weather spurt. They did a great job, were fairly quick (not sloppy though), and the project manager Jacob, and I believe the Supervisor Tyler, was always in communication and were very honest about issues and other things.

      The job just finished and I am happy with it, they also were very easy to work with as far as billing.

      I would recommend to anyone I know, and as of right now I am confident and happy with their work as well as communication.

      For anyone wondering, they do have financing available as well.

      Panda roof was fantastic they are highly skilled, professional, kind, and punctual. Jacob from panda roof is very responsive and a great person to have on my side during the process. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to answer any of my questions. The roof crew was awesome as well highly skilled fast, on time finished my roof in a little over 4 hours they cleaned up and was out. Also had new gutter system put on works and looks awesome.
